Our Civil-Municipal Engineering team provides an extensive number of services essential to the rezoning of land and development of properties. Our team has conducted hundreds of full subdivision designs, rezoning applications, land use determination, lot layouts, and various civil aspects of design and construction.
Our senior transportation Engineering team brings in over 25 years of complex experience. The team is led by professional engineers and designers, embedded in the disciplines of Transportation Engineering Modelling, Planning and Design. Our technical team has been a part of major projects including highway corridors, at-grade and grade separated interchanges, traffic modelling, traffic analysis and highway design.
MJL Engineering will guide project managers, facilities managers and developers in obtaining development and building permits. We coordinate with various design professionals and trades for compliance to regulation in order to optimise the permit application and commissioning processes.

This firm designed the water retention pond system at our new building. The system that was designed is both efficient and aesthetically pleasing. The owner paid special attention to ensuring that everything was completed to spec. Very competent and professional.

Excellent client engineering services and communication of services. Reasonable rates, and was clear every time with their services in storm, sanitary, and water scope.
