I fondly remember working w/ Double R Building Products roughly 6 years ago when selecting the doors (exterior/ interior) for our new home. At the time, the sales associate was enjoyable/ easy to work with, and made the process fun. Flash forward to this year (pre- COVID19), and we were having major issues with the hardware on one of the exterior doors. I thought it may be worth a shot to reach out to Double R regarding any potential support (totally would understand if they told me to pound sand, lol). Not only did they promptly reply, and take care of us by offering a replacement door handle
