Called my order in and then went and picked it up. Oil and filter was waiting for me when i arrived. All safety measures are being followed and i felt safe there

RCA is the best automotive parts store in Guelph. The staff are knowledgeable, professional and know their stuff. I can't speak highly enough about these guys.

They don't have much stuff on the shelves but there's lots of product in the back and you can order in loads more, usually by next day. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are good too.

Carquest is fantastic. Been going here for the last 5 years, and John is always willing to help out and get the best prices possible. If they don't have what you need, they will have it next day. Cannot recommend carquest enough!

Normally dealing with staff at parts stores in Guelph isn't a great experience. Whether they're rude, not interested in helping you, or otherwise. Royal City Automotive's staff is ALWAYS great to deal with, and parts come in quickly for good prices. I'll stick to buying from here from now on.

Bought rotors for car here and was given 1 year warranty . They were basic but was expecting them to last for the warranty period. These rotors warped within the first 6 months of use. When I called to see about warranty was told they would have to ship out and get manufacturer to determine if warped . Never experienced this type of after sale service and will not return to this place for any parts made to feel like I was trying to cheat them.

I called in and ordered a part. The next day I had someone else pick it up for me. When I went to use it, it was not a part for my car despite me giving the year, model, and make. (To be fair, the part I was after was not sold separately from another which added some confusion).
I went in the day after and explained what happened, they refunded it no problem and had the correct part there 2 hours later. Was impressed with the hassle free and quick service. Would recommend.
