Friendly staff and great to work with so far. They let us into the showroom even though they weren't really open to the public but we had our masks and they had hand sanitizer in the showroom so they allowed us to take some pictures so we could contact a sales agent to talk about what our needs were. The agent came into our home using all of the protocols that are required at this time like masks and physical distancing etc. and he followed up and in the timeframe he said he would. The only reason for the 4 star is because we actually haven't had the work done yet but that will come at a later

We hired London Stair & Railing to build a custom banister and railing for our 1908 yellow brick house. Working closely with Chris, we mixed and matched various design parameters to suit the Victorian flavour that we were looking to maintain in our house. The design process was painless and the quoting process required only one back and forth before we placed an order. Four weeks later, on the exact day we were told (the week before) that the install was scheduled, Garret and Mike showed up to install everything, at 8:55 am, 5 minutes early!

My Fiancee and I purchased an older house in the west end, and had some issues with the existing stairs. London Stair managed to rip out the old staircase and replace it with a wider and much more modern look. We still receive compliments whenever we have guests over. The sales person who was helping us was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything out in detail and worked around our busy schedule/deadline.
I would highly recommend using them again for a Reno or Future build.
