Please convey our thanks to all involved in our project at our church. There have been numerous positive comments about your work and the improvement in accessibility. Our representatives are committed to provide our clients throughout all of Southwestern Ontario and beyond the opportunity to design and build a functional, yet beautiful compliment to your home.

Stair railings and custom stair design is about turning specially selected woods into our exceptional product. This has been a Roes Stair tradition for over 45 years. Constant innovation in staircase design has further enhanced our reputation as the acknowledged leader in our market, which services London Ontario, as well as Oakville, Burlington and Mississauga.
Services
From simple jobs to large commercial complexes, we treat every stair case as a custom stair, including site measuring and ensuring that building codes are met and space is optimized. Each of our products and spiral staircase plans are engineered beyond industry standards. Our stair building materials are carefully hand selected from the finest lumber, paying special attention to match, quality and strength.
The primary focus of the initial client consultation is to transform the stair plans in a customer's imagination into reality. The initial meeting with the customer may take place at the home site or at the Roes office with the Sales Rep. For out of town customers we rely more heavily on communication technologies to maintain close contact with builders, architects and homeowners.
For your convenience our sales representatives will meet with you at your home or construction site, with samples and suggestions. We havebrochures and DVD's, which show a multitude of stair designs from which to choose. When visiting our factory showroom in Mt Brydges, there is a large parking area where you are able to park right at the front door ramp.

Report
My garage has a recessed stairway with a wacky concrete job that would have been super expensive were it not for the man consulting me on the best (not most expensive) option I could take.
They used solid metal boots to keep the railing anchored and strong, which was my main concern. The railing looks great, and I'm very impressed.
