Bought my bike helmet, shoes & gloves here and they were a big help. Love their shop & options and staff is fantastic!

Friendly. The staff know their products well and gave me some advice on mtb trail options I wasn't aware of in the area. Picked up a new saddle and Vedder Mountain Bike Co. t-shirt. Nice shop too. Looks clean and well organized. Good gear options as well. I'll be back :-)

Vedder Mountain Bike co saved the day! Came in with a flat tire on a Saturday and they were able to repair it right away even though they seemed quite busy. On top of that Rob let me watch and learn how to replace my tube so that I know how to do it when it inevitably happens again.
5 star service, would highly recommend giving them a shot.

Excellent service. Calm, patient, and thorough. Listened well to our needs and answered questions perfectly. No judging machismo nonsense and no upselling. Got the bike set up and ready go with the better seat and handle bar extension I wanted. I would definitely go back to buy another bike.

Took in my partners soaking wet bike and fixed the brakes and filled the tires for free. No doubt they saved her from an accident in the future. They've filled up my bikes tires without pay in the past as well, and have great staff working there. Definitely my go-to for any major or minor issues

10/10 customer service, been out of the mountain bike world for 10years and they’re super knowledgeable and don’t mind just chatting with you getting you up to knowledge on all the new tech. Everyone I’ve dealt… with has been great. Go in and take a look at their stock. And they have a few DH bikes. Every other shop I’ve been to in the valley does not!

Stopped in here during COVID-19 after a short essential trip to Vancouver from the interior. Was first impressed by their diligence and professionalism in managing safety and physical distancing! Tested out a few Kona's, were very happy with the service and knowledge of the salesperson and felt we made a good purchase. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Nice shop too, quality stuff at a reasonable price.

This is the best bike shop in town. They've got high end performance bikes, as well as more affordable options for those needing something lighter duty. Always honest with their service, and give advice that they would take themselves. They have even talked me out of spending money on upgrades I didn't need. Take any negative reviews with a grain of salt because these guys deserve nothing but 5 stars. Would recommend to anyone 100%.

These guys know bikes! Very cool shop, great service, very knowledgeable and helpful. I've bought a few bikes off these guys and I'd recommend them to anyone. They are always there to help and support their customers, I've broken a few of my frames, and I had a hub that failed from the manufacturer and they helped get me sorted out with my warranty. My bike always comes back from a repair running like it was new. I can't say enough good things about this shop.

Rob and Spencer are great ambassadors for all cycling. They are very experienced cyclists and can ensure that anyone from beginners to seasoned cyclists will receive the same helpful and professional assistance.

Great shop with knowledgeable and helpful staff. First time in the shop and talked with Rob. I was looking to demo a Yeti. They had the bike ready to go set for my size and riding style waiting for me the next day. If you are into bikes check these guys out. A++

Excellent service! My experience is that the people here are truly passionate about biking, especially mountain biking! They are riders themselves who understand what it’s like to be without wheels while waiting for repairs. I ride trails 3 or 4 times a week and my bike often needs help. They usually have me back on the trail within a day unless… waiting for parts. Prices are comparable to any other source and no one tries to oversell. The personal service and advice is spot on. They only sell top quality products that they use themselves. Five Stars for this owner operated local business

Love this place. Only bike shop around that rents bikes. Did the flat trail next to the river near the shop. Amazing bike ride.
