I was 48 hrs. out of heat in December 2021. I called Garry's Heating after being refused service from another company. I left a message and Rick returned my call within 5 minutes. I explained to Rick what the first tech found - my blower/fan had seized and I needed a new blower. Rick asked a few question and told me that he would be at my North Edmonton house in 20 minutes. I said wonderful but do you have a blower in stock, his reply, I keep them in my vehicle, not a problem! Rick came over right away, and removed and replaced the seized blower. I asked him how long he had been at the trade and

My furnace quit on a Sunday evening so I required emergency service. I called the emergency number twice and left messages, but never did receive a call back, even three days later. On another note, the furnace repairman found the installation of my furnace was to blame for the issues the furnace was having. The furnace was installed by Garry’s.

Very professional, accurate, fast and most importantly honest!!! Just got a humidifier installed into my furnace system and upon inspection of my furnace as a general courtesy, the technician found that one of my blower motor wasn’t working (I have double furnace system). Right away the technician was able get a new motor and replace it and got me a great deal on it too. Unlike other companies, you won’t get ripped off by Garry’s Heating. Their professional trained staff will service what you need and would not try to sell you on things that are not needed or required. Definitely for all
