Did our taxes here a while ago and the accountant claimed our out of province moving expenses on both myself and my wife. We then got audited and had to reimburse a ton of money. When we informed the accountant of this, he did not take responsibility and said “I told you I would do all I can to get you the highest refund and you agreed” then proceeded to offer to pay for the penalties which was about $20. Needless to say, we now file our own taxes because at least if there is a mistake, we did not pay someone who is supposed to be qualified for a service who does not own up when they mess up

Used them for 1 year. Had my new accountant fix quite a few errors.
They did not file my subcontractor payout form to the government aswell.
They said they generally dont do this. I asked them, "do your clients generally have to hire another accountant to complete your job?"
Got no response from them.
On another note, why I left this firm is that they get back to you in 3 days and think that is a SWIFT time period to help you out on any question you have. They charge top dollar, dont complete your taxes, take 3 days to get back to you and say this is normal.....STAY AWAY

I had a great experience with them! In this age of recession, they were very affordable with great knowledge about their services. I recently opened up my own business and they have gone out of their way in guiding me as well as being there for me when I was stressed about a situation. Naveen at Swift accounting has been doing our books since we have incorporated. During that tenure he has not once but twice guided us through CRA concerns such as GST audits, ect. and the results have been satisfying for us. I would definately recommend Naveen and Swift for any and all accounting needs. (which I have on multiple occasions referred this firm to my friends and family.)
