Saaya transport dump truck plate #NE3031 almost killed me and I have a witness. Truck comes into highway 17 and floats across the middle lane almost slamming me into the barrier. When the truck did not pull over I followed it. Debris was falling off the truck for the entire trip. This driver needs to be fired and charged as an danger to others.

In Washington state it's illegal for vehicles that are 10klbs or more to be in the passing lane on a highway with 3 or more lanes in one direction. Their drivers don't seem to understand this, one this morning nearly took the front end off a vehicle already in the left lane, causing him to come to a complete stop. Speeding isn't what causes the majority of accidents, going slower than the rest of traffic does.
