I've called on their services twice and had them install new outlets/wiring, repair old outlets, and install new lighting. Both calls they've been fast, friendly, tidy, and able to offer advice on how to do the job best. I also think its important to mention that when I called I got to talk to an actual person, a real perk these days! Will definitly use their services again for future projects.

These guys are fraudulent crooks - especially subsidiary 401 Connect. Was assured I could get Xplornet at my home, so I paid them $101 for installation. Upon arrival the tech told me that there is no capacity on the Xplornet tower and left. Company will not refund my installation fee, Xplornet will not return any calls. Avoid 401 Connect/ 401 Electric - have had much better service from Storm Internet. Have initiated an investigation with the better business bureau. Would give negative stars if possible.

401 very simply provides excellent work by employing excellent people. The front office staff is friendly and professional. 401's response time is incredible. Always there right away when needed. All their techs. are friendly, knowledgeable and take the time to explain the work to the customer (residential and commercial). All projects are clean and neat. Brian, Brett and everyone at 401 electric....keep up the great work !!
