Losses that occur that have the POTENTIAL OF ONGOING DAMAGE if not attended to immedately are considered "emergency claims". Losses that occur that will NOT RESULT IN ONGOING DAMAGE if not attended to immedately are considered "non-emergency claims". Team Insurance has always been supportive in the Fact that we always receive the best insurance packages and best of service. They were the first in the city to help us insure our Japanese vehicles and the… task was not easy. Recently, we received our home insurance bill and was well over the 1200$ mark. Mr. Steve Mutcheson sat down with us, took the time to show us where we have been overpaying and where we should add additional insurance to keep us protected. In conclusion, we walked out of Team Insurance saving well over $450 a year on our home insurance due to the fact that Mr. Mutcheson

No complaints about the coverage, insurance plans are good. Quite frustrated with being given false information, I was not told my insurance plan would be renewed automatically? I suppose it’s a good thing I have been covered in case anything happened but this was not explained to me when I signed my contract. It was especially confusing because I was sent a large package in the mail informing me I need to renew my plan...

We have dealt with Team Insurance for just over one year. They can be best described as incompetent, negligent and totally unaware of customer service or the customer experience. You never know who you will get on any given day. Have not been impressed with their expertise and they forgot to handle a transfer of coverage to another home. Good thing I followed up. We took our business elsewhere and got same day service at a high standard of customer service.
