Driver of a Tom James Towing truck decided to take a left turn at a stop light right out in front of me as I was going straight through the intersection.
Roads covered in snow, their driver absolutely should not have made that turn.
Glad I have good brakes, I was being attentive and slowed down, and that the road wasn't any snowier.

I went down an embankment on the 406S between Merritt St and Woodlawn exit. I managed to get home but my car was stuck. They got my car back home to me safe. I was expecting an enormous cost. I have heard horror stories. However it only cost $180.00 and they allowed my sister to pay over the phone for me.

Got my car stuck in the mud the other day - I called Tom James towing and the friendly receptionist had a truck out to me in less than 30 min out in some rural, hard to find area in Port Colborne. I was especially impressed because their friendly tow truck driver Keith knew how to handle my Tesla, made sure it was in towing mode, and even knew where to look for the tow hook and what sensor to remove to hook it on. Tesla's are very, very heavy cars but Keith had me out and safely on my way in minutes!! Thanks guys!!!

I took a wrong turn and got stuck in the mud on a side road, the guy on the phone couldn't give me an answer on how much it would cost. the driver got me out in 5min then charged me $350 After the payment went through I found out it was closer to $400. that is an outrageous price for someone in distress

So long story short my car got very stuck in a water filled hole. Called CAA and they were unable to help due to how far my car was from the road (the CAA guy was very friendly and recommended this company). He showed up quickly, hooked my car up and pulled me back to the road even though it was storming and the mosquitoes were attacking. He was very professional and friendly and I would 100% recommended them.

Got a boost yesterday (after the big storm, discovered my battery was dead)...they arrived quickly, were pleasant, and got the job done. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend (this is our second time using this company - another time, with a previous car, we had to get a tow). Thanks for the excellent service again!

Honestly this was the worst tow truck experience. I called and was told that the tow would be $200 which we agreed upon. The driver came did his job everything was going great. I got out of my car to settle with him telling the driver that I didn't have the cash on me but I had my fathers credit card. That is when the experience went from excellent to terrible. After stating my situation he immediately says it is going to cost me $350 plus taxes and that he is getting someone to come tow my car. I asked him why the upcharge and he said for the damages to his car. I asked to see what damages
