We were lucky to have Shawn as a tow driver. He was the first person on site to ask my family how they were doing. He was even nice enough to give us a ride.
Best customer service and very professional.
Another towing company ( tried to take us but they were very agressif.
I recommend Allen's towing to anyone in trouble in Niagara

Popped a tire on the highway, looked up a tow truck and Allen's looked most local. On the phone, the man said he could come change the tire however when a driver arrived he said that he is not allowed to change the tire. He charged me $60 to tow the car 1.6 miles! He broke the mud flap on the front of my car when removing his tow mechanics. Not happy at all!

We were heading home from our Honeymoon when we had an issue with a rear tire on the QEW. Stranded in Canada, with nobody to call, unsure what to do, we contacted HBM and Howard answered.
Even though it was almost 6pm, Howard went way above and beyond to help us out. He got us off the highway, took us to a hotel so we could get a room, took us to the repair shop and contacted to owner to put a rush on our repair so we could get home.
The next morning, he even picked us up and took us to our vehicle! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We appreciated it greatly!
