I don't like there App, very crazy to use. I been trying pay my services fees using the App, can't do it until now!!! Been trying for the 100 times since 2 months now. !! Fix it . Pain on you know what.

Don't ever think about purchasing a property from them. You will pay way more than what you will get back. My first and last property from Emaar. The worst investment I have ever made. You'll not only receive your property two years later (if not more), you will also receive the worst customer care, the cheapest materials in your property and the slowest service. I have endured enough with this developer. Their priority is to get the most out of you, not to build a strong relationship with their clients. When receiving the villa, I was told the service fee is waived for a year as it's new property

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
The employees at Emaar are deceiving, immoral and completely incapable of delivering what they promise. Not a single experience has been smooth or straight forward. To get anything done is a constant battle. The level of integrity in this company has plummeted. It is truly shameful.

COMPLAINT REGARDING HAMPTONS!!!
DEAR EMAAR,
I RAISED COMPLAINT AGAINST HAMPTONS YESTERDAY AND RECIEVED A CALL FROM MR.JOE TODAY. WHO IS NOT HELPING OR UNDERSTANDING PERSON AT ALL. MY COMPLAINT WAS THAT HAMPTONS IS NOT PAYING MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK WHICH I GIVEN THEM ON THE TIME OF RENTING APPARTMENT IN ARIYANA TOWER.
I WOULD LIKE TO RAISE THIS COMPLAINT TO TOP MANAGEMENT TO BE INVOLVED AND SOLVED MY PROBLEM.
MR. JOE WAS JUST SUPPORTING HIM SELF AND HIS SALES AGAENT AND DID NOT EVED HAD COURTASY TO SAY SORRY OR APOLOGIZE ABOUT HOW I FEEL. HE JUST MENTIONED ONE POINT IN WHOLE CALL THAT HE CANNOT

Completed my payments and received completion certificate more than 3 weeks ago, but still keys are not handed over due to problem in their online system for Land registration..Continuous follow up, but weak customer service,..

Bought from them a property that was never delivered and now canceled from their side and still they are not paying back to their customers. .. I bought in 2008 !!!!!
