We are doing our part by sanitizing the dresses, change rooms, and seating areas after each appointmeent. We ask that you read these restrictions carefully before your appointment, and as always, if you have any symptoms please stay home. Your garments are professionally altered on the premises by our experienced, full time seamstresses. We pride ourselves on being a full service bridal boutique and will conduct all gown fittings at the shoppe in our very spacious bridal fitting room, offering the bride and her family comfort and privacy.

I fell in love with this bridal shoppe when a friend of mine purchased her wedding gown from here. I went in this past weekend to search for my own wedding dress and as soon as I walked in, there it was. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. During covid times you're only allowed 4 people for your appointment and your appointment is one hour. It was a little rushed to try on dresses and hopefully decide within that hour but luckily I knew what dress was mine the minute we walked in. Thank you Heirlooms for the dress of my dreams and for being so helpful. Can't wait to return for alterations

I was here this past weekend and I have to say that they made my experience of picking out my wedding dress so enjoyable! I'm very happy with the service that I received and how welcoming they were when I walked into the store, how helpful they were when I had questions about certain dresses and trying to figure out what exactly I wanted. It was just a really nice experience and I'm really happy That I found my dress there I would recommend this place to other people for sure!!!

I had my bridal appointment today and was super excited because I know they have beautiful dresses. Unfortunately due to the pandemic they only give 1 hour time slots. I quickly realized I was not going to be purchasing a dress because the whole experience felt super rushed. I understand having time slots but I think heirlooms would benefit ALOT by giving brides at least 2 hours. I ended up going somewhere else afterwards and having an amazing time with no time limit and found my dress. Heirlooms probably would have had my sale if I was allowed more time to think and process this huge purchase

Cannot say I would recommend this place to my friends. This shop was only my second bridal shopping trip and I still wasn't sure what I wanted. When I first met with my consultant, she asked for my budget and I said I wasn't sure yet (because I wasn't) and she responded condescendingly that they have dress that cost up to $10,000. Seemed like an unnecessary commentto suggest their most expensive dress after having explained that this is my second time looking and I'm still not sure of anything.
By the end of the appointment my consultants attention has waned so much so she couldn't even be bothered

Thankfully this was not the first place I went to try on dresses. The experience was far from enjoyable. I made an appointment for my mother and I to browse for both bridal gowns and mother of the bride dresses. When we arrived we were basically told to sort through the hundreds of dresses, pick a few and they would be pulled for me and put into a room.
A lot of the dresses were discoloured and clearly worn out. One of the sleeves on a dress I chose was completely torn! This is not a small investment and you would think the pieces they have to show should be in great condition.

I had such an amazing experience with Heirlooms Bridal. I bought my dream wedding dress here and got so many compliments on it! They have a gorgeous selection of dresses and accessories.
I got my alterations done here as well: the hem, bustle, straps adjustment and final touch ups for the perfect fit! The lady who did my alterations was so sweet and did an excellent job!
My mom also bought her MOB dress here and had a fabulous experience as well!
The sales associates are so helpful and friendly!

I had a wonderful recent experience at Heirlooms Bridal Shoppe. I believe I had Alyssa helping me during my first visit. She was very attentive and friendly. I had Anna helping me with my second visit. She helped me find dresses that fit me nicely and was very pleasant. I enjoyed working with both of them. Having the right consultants really makes all the difference. This shop is accommodating during the pandemic and I was allowed 3 guests to join me on my appointment. I am familiar with the shop as my sister bought her wedding dress there for her 2020 wedding and friends and family have referred

I had a decent time at Heirloom Bridal. But it wasn't exceptional or anything. I had to change into dresses behind a curtain that was also were the little stand was for me to stand up on, which meant I almost tripped once or twice.
I had a limited budget, which meant I couldn't try on any of the dresses I liked online, despite me saying it was okay to go a bit over budget for a dress I loved. The sales lady told me right away "This really limits us". (I confirmed before my apt that they had dresses in my budget). I really wanted to try on one dress, and the sales lady didn't want to take it off

The selection process and fit of my wedding dress was everything I could've hoped & dreamed for & more! Sofiya helped me find my dream gown & veil, she picked something I wouldn't of grabbed but after her spending the time to get to know what I wanted it was the perfect one. My dress was quite fitted and needed a few adjustments and the seamstress I worked with was incredible in ensuring a perfect fit - literally like a glove. She made some suggestions like ordering a bit of extra lacing to cover up some areas I thought were too revealing and it was the perfect solution. I had so many compliments

The staff is super knowledgeable and very helpful. Throughout my entire bridal gown purchase they were attentive and helped me select a gown that was perfectly suited to me. Their alterations team is extremely knowledgeable and will help your gown fit exactly to your body! I went to Heirlooms a few weeks ago to look for a wedding dress, this was my first time trying on dresses so I made an appointment about 3 weeks before the day and I was so excited. I showed up 10 minutes early and the store was fairly busy so I waited till my appointment time and then asked how things work. The lady, Lyne greeted me (and ignored my mom & maid of honour beside me) and pointed me to my room and then said to find what I want to try on and head to the room, she was not very nice or professional at all. I found two dresses and then went to the room to start - she was no where in

I dropped in one afternoon with my maid of honor and my mom, we by chance stopped in they were very accommodating and super friendly. I came back a few months later with my mom & mother in law to be, I had booked the appointment in advance. They took their time with us, recommended different accessories and options. I found a perfect dress, it arrived quickly and alterations were perfect (plus done in store) I'm so pleased with the service they offer & would recommend it to all!

I unfortunately didn't have a very good experiance here. I had booked an appointment 2 weeks in advanced and showed up 10 mins early. I had to wait half an hour before a staff member helped me. It was crazy crazy busy. Once I finally got into a fitting room, my family was seated super far away from me. They had no dresses that were my size (14-16) so I had to walk past other groups of ppl to show my family the dresses the didn't even fit. I felt very uncomfortable walking past with a dress that was undone and too small. I didnt have a lot of help from the staff at all, and just felt treated
