Phoenix Truck and Crane operator/driver was talented, prompt and personable. This was a tight spot and he placed the 40' container exactly where we needed it and avoided all of the obstacles (hedge, towering cedar, other container). I am very impressed and will do business with them again.

Maybe a refresher course at YD of C would be helpful to your drivers. Specifically E. Johnson. He needs to learn how to use 4-way stops like a responsible driver. Feel SO SAFE knowing people like him are driving around on our roads driving giant trucks.

No trucks permitted downhill On Any Road in West Vancouver I saw one of their cream trucks going downhill at 21st. Good job driver. Way to respect the road laws.

I called Phoenix with a large rush order of pallets of road salt to be picked up in Richmond and delivered to Port Coquitlam. Not only were they friendly and helpful, but they delivered the salt without incident within 3 hours of my phone call. Very impressed. Highly recommend

We had a deal for 2 hour after an other crane services on site, and they just run and left . services sales had anyway to contact there guys on site to make sur everything is set up. now its a 4 hours minimum charge to bring the truck back. worst services I never had, Sale rep does not apologize and make a deal for their mistake. I Recommend Eagles crane for a way better services

Edited/updated: One of their trucks was passing down my residential street last monday and ripped out most of the utility wires to my house. They fell onto my truck, the road and neighbor's truck. I watched the driver get out and move the wires off the road, then drive off within a minute. I spent the day dealing with the cops and utility companies and the following week was a nightmare. I was without internet/cable for a week and spent close to 10 hrs on hold with shaw, or at the store and had to take time off work to deal with it. I spent extra money paying to use the internet on my phone. My
