Extremely poor customer service. Rude staff. They follow you around incessantly. They have a poor attitude. And don't question anything because they will just give you a snide remark. First time I experienced this I thought she was having a bad day. Went back another time with a friend and we had the same experience. It was my friend's first time and she was flabbergasted. Yes, they have some cool and unique gifts but the whole ambiance with their customer service is majorly lacking. I won't be back ever. I can find the exact same things at other stores.

Went to @Coconut Creek today and the item I bought was ticketed as $16. I was charged $18. I told the sales associate that I was over charged. She told me that the ticketed price was wrong. As a customer, I don't know that. I want to be charged the price on the tag. She had already taken the tag off and thrown it in the garbage "because their a gift store and that's what they do", and told me I couldn't prove it was $16 because the other items she checked said $18. I told her that as a customer I shouldn't be charged more than the ticketed price because that's

This is a very strange, but overall pretty fun shop to pop into for a taste of something different at Dartmouth Crossing. From accent pieces for around the home, to jewelry and collectibles, it's sort of like the knick-knack section of Backyard & Veranda without carrying exclusively interior design products.
Things I have bought here or that have been bought while I've been present:
- a weighted purse hook that keeps your handbag hanging while you dine out.
- an Oprah endorsed travel bag.

Coconut Creek is located in the Dartmouth Crossing, it is the only location for this wonderful shop.
If you are looking for that gift that has that little something extra to it, have a look around.
First the store is wonderful to browse through, there were two gals working when I went in, one named Carrie and the other Kayla. Both very pleasant and professional. A nice hello to greet me and then let me have a look around.

Coconut Creek is a location that you would want to go if you are in the crossing shopping on a Saturday. This is a location that is stacked full of trinkets. Anything from tea light candles to the big jars that sometimes can be expensive. Picture frames for that special occasion to mugs and even and extensive line of bath products to body oil, the orange is really nice.
The one thing that caught my eye was the Kameleon line of jewelry. This line is a representation of the name meaning that you are able to interchange the centre pieces to match your mood. A wide variety of pieces to rings, necklaces
