I had a terrible back with a herniated disc to the point it would lock up and send me to my knees in excruciating pain. I was down for months every summer when my discs would all be blown up and never thought I could feel good again. Alvin is an absolute magician. Between him and the other staff they have not only made me feel better but taken me back years and years to feeling like I did before I ever had problems. It is incredible. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants or needs to get out of pain or have things corrected from large issues to the smallest.

Love the new location! So spacious and welcoming, and their staff are the sweetest. Shoutout to Laura Bietola (RMT) for her amazing massages -- every time! She leaves me feeling like a brand new person, and knows how to target the spots that need work, even the ones you didn't realize were in need of her TLC. Highly recommend her cupping as well.

Highly recommend! The professionals at The Centre for Healing and Peak Performance are top notch. I started with Sarah Palumbo’s EBRT expertise to help heal my anxiety and general peripheral neuropathy pain. This was successful for me. But more than that I quickly found a tribe of kind, results-oriented care-givers to help me succeed in other parts of my life as well. I am forever grateful to Alvin, Sarah, and the team there. My experience at the Centre for Healing and Peak Performance has been nothing but TOP-NOTCH. All of the staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable in their crafts. I first came to the Centre for treatment of chronic tendonitis and joint damage in my right elbow, which has nearly 100% healed after 4 months of treatment due to the severity of the injury. I also ended up getting massage therapy work, and learned SO much about how my body works and how to take better care of it going forward (in terms of exercise, stretching, tension release of muscles, nutrition, etc.). I have a number of benefits through my work for physio, massage therapy, chiropractic, and osteopathy.
