Susan Lore is absolutely amazing. We had to sell our house in Fort McMurray while living in Saskatchewan because we couldn't travel during the pandemic. No matter what came up, Susan was able to guide us through it. If she couldn't help us, she knew who to connect us with. She was so knowledgeable about real estate in the area. The Lore group is the only way to go in Fort McMurray. Jamie Hewat helped us find our second home, and had us in it to check it out before it even hit the market, which is huge now with how quickly home are selling. Jamie provided us outstanding service. She's exactly what you want in a realtor. She's realistic and highly tuned into the market, however she's strategic and not willing to compromise on getting her clients a good deal. We couldn't have been happier with the outcome of the sale of our condo through Jamie. Tristan with the Lore group has been an absolute joy to deal with. We were first time home buyers in Fort McMurray with no experience what so ever and Tristan made the process so easy. Not once were we pressured or rushed, he would give ample time to make decisions, and was very quick making viewings on houses. I believe it took us about 7-8 months of emails, texts, phone calls, and viewings at all hours of the week. I had a great experience with Susan as my real estate agent. The sale of my 1 bedroom condo was particularly difficult given the market, but Susan and her team did not give up! I live in Calgary and Susan took care of everything for me in the Mac, from scoping out the apartment, to suggesting improvements for showings, handling tenant issues, and negotiating on my behalf a particularly difficult property management company.
