If I said I didn’t love Paige Cyr, I’d be lying. She is the most patient, thoughtful, knowledgeable, resourceful, respectful, did I mention patient, person ever. Moved into a unit managed by Coldwell in summer 2020. In my rental agreement, there was nothing stating what was expected upon moving out (as highly recommended by the landlord and tenant act). During move in, I noticed one of the smoke detectors was missing. I was told “well most people take them off anyway” which is actually against fire code. It takes a lot to write a one star review and feel like the business truly deserves the review, and this is one of those cases. The brokerage is not up to date on their rules, regulations, and governing body requirements that dictate and define their business. My home was listed incorrectly and with a major error as a three bedroom instead of a four bedroom search criteria.

These people worked magic for my family 3 years ago on the first week of January we needed a place fast due to some unforeseen circumstances Jess and the girls at ymm property management found us this great home for a decent price and we have been tenants here ever since they have always checked in on us and no matter what the time or the issue… there phone was always on and the next steps were taking action if I had issues. If anyone in this town wants a place to rent and don’t want to deal with landlords that can be controlling and unreasonable then find a friend in ymm property

5 Stars for Ellsworth Group!! It was amazing working with Sheldon and his team!! Very responsive to all your needs and able to help every step of the process. Other realtors weren't able to find what we were looking for but this team was able to show us more than what we wanted for under budget. They were not pushy on making a sale they were focused on making us happy !!

Never ever rent from this property company. we were duped out of our whole damage deposit which was 1250 and nothing was ever repaired when I was living there also they paid me when I moved in to clean my own unit 100 dollars cause she said she didn't have time to hire a professional yet hired her own cleaning company to come in and they charged 1250 to clean my unit lol it's actually laughable!!! so unprofessional!!! so just be warned of these crooks!

I recently moved out of our property in Fort McMurray and did all of our cleaning prior to moving out when I received my damage deposit back they charged my over $900 for was they say is blinds and wall cleaning which is absolutely ridiculous!!! There was no damage to the property prior to leaving and all carpets were cleaned and walls were washed… leaving the little bit of dust on the blinds, these people are a complete rip off and I don’t recommend anyone go through what I went through.
