Waterloo Mattress Ltd. is a locally owned mattress manufacturing company. With over 30 years of experience in the sleep industry, our products are assembled using Canadian made materials, right here in Waterloo. Waterloo Mattress is the only store my family will buy our mattresses from! I've slept on a Waterloo Mattress for most of my life and can attest to the quality and longevity of their products.

I discovered this wonderful mattress company in Waterloo, where the staff is not only extremely helpful but also knowledgeable about what products are best suited to the user. I just recently moved to town and decided to check out the local mattress store. When I first arrived I had amazing service from the young lady (Lauren) who went above and beyond to help me, even recommended local eats/shops/things to do. My second time in I spoke with another women (Sandy) who was more than great. However, I was left to finalize my purchase with a third young lady who was anything but kind. I was spoken to with attitude and treated as if I was incompetent. I was so frustrated I left without purchase. I only write this because it's a shame how quickly a single person can alter

I highly recommend Waterloo Mattress. I was, admittedly, intimidated when I first started thinking about purchasing a new mattress. Our entire experience with Waterloo Mattress has been excellent! We visited your showroom and had the pleasure of being served by Sandy. She was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Waterloo Mattress was an absolute delight to deal with and is the only store we'll buy our mattresses from! I've slept on a Waterloo Mattress for most of my life (literally the same one until I moved out!) and can attest to the quality and longevity of their products (meanwhile, my friends buying store brands are going through mattresses every few years it seems!).
The prices are honest and not marked up to rip us off; our king set was around $1500 or so, easily 1/4 as much as the "big name" brands you hear advertising on the radio and TV. Their comfort and quality is truly unmatched.
