If you’re looking to camp two feet away from other people, this is the place for you! Literally campsites overbooked on top of each other, no privacy, nothing. They allow vehicles parked all over the sides of the road, makes it extremely hard to get in and out. You can hear the person camping next to you sneeze in the middle of the night.
I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was alright, it kind of reminded me of a place that you'd see in the movies.
We rented the fishing boats a few times to kill a hour here and there. I didn't think anybody rented boats or paddle boats for that matter.
I'd recommend going there to camp.
The only thing that I was disappointed in was that there wasn't a whole lot of shade per se.
Mostly big Poplars, was hoping for Pine or Spruce trees but regardless we enjoyed our few days there.

What a hidden gem!! In May a friend invited me to come out and I didn't even know the place existed even though I only live half an hour away and since then I've been back I think four times. You can't book online so a lot of people probably don't know this place exists which is amazing because it's never overcrowded like other places. You can rent paddle boats and motor boats for cheap, stayed in a cabin and it was like $100/night!! Did our family get together there this last weekend and everyone loved it. Thank you so much, we will be back!!

The camp ground is alright but the management is ridiculous I get no dogs on the beach but to yell at my wife for letting our senior dog have a drink at the boat launch is just disrespectful he was leashed and it was 30 above. He yelled at my wife not realizing I was there with her I gave it right back to him. It was very awkward after that. I wouldn't let my kids play at the beach either it was more like a slough I've never seen so much sea weed at a beach anywhere only Positive was not having to pull my boat from the water.
