We start by reviewing your wants and needs and begin designing a sprinkler system that will provide you exactly what you need. Our certified designs utilize water conserving products, laid out with proper design considerations, like head to head coverage, zones with matched precipitation rates, and we take into consideration the plant material, soil type, slope, sun exposure and micro climates.

Went in to go buy a couple of Parts, the guy behind the counter rudely and abrasively told me to go outside because they were over capacity... a simple courteous "excuse me sir we are at AHS capacity could you please wait outside until there's room", would have been quite sufficient. No signage of capacity limits or anyting, terrible customer service experience.

Amazing and I can tell you how, today May 16 there store suppose to close at 3.00PM I called at 2.42 and was in big need of an 1 inch elbow for my irrigation system, I called and the young lady weighted for me extra 8 minutes, gave me directions over phone and by the time I paid she was over 15 minutes late, even though my product was just $11.25 worth but the customer service I received was out of this world. Thank you for being so kind and human. Young lady I don't know your name but you were amazing. I just finished putting my irrigation system together again. A big thanks.

These guys were so helpful. Went in with some knowledge of what i wanted and they walked me through everything i needed prior to leaving. Put a great package with proper drawings together for my sprinkler needs.
Definitely check them out if you need sprinklers, pond or landscape lighting. Great store with lots of different quality products. Don't goto a big box store and get no help and little knowledge call these guys.

I've had the opportunity to shop at Regency Irrigation on a couple of occasions. The first time was for a small order of misc parts for my sprinkler system and I found their staff helpful and their selection perfect for my needs.
My second visit was much more involved as I wanted to make some changes to the design of my garden sprinklers and needed a new controller. I found most of the prices were close to the pricing of other retailers both online and Brick & Mortar stores. Some items were significantly less expensive at Regency and other items were more expensive. Regardless, the value added

I recently stopped in at Regency as I was hoping to complete a DIY irrigation system for my greenhouse and garden. I was very impressed by the level of service and openness to allow for homeowners to complete their own projects. After sending Pete from Regency a drawing of what I was hoping to water, he went through all the parts and pieces I needed and showed me exactly how to put everything together, all for a very fair price. The installation went very smooth and I had all the parts I needed. I would definitely recommend these guys for anyone looking to do an irrigation install themselves. Thanks
