Depending on the devices and water needs your home might need contaminated water may find itself back into the water supply without you even noticing it! If you received a letter, you need to have your cross connection device tested by a certified tester who is registered with the City of Calgary.

We bought a new home June 2020 and very fortunate to have existing underground sprinklers. I found Naiad online with good reviews and decided to give them a shot. I have now enrolled in their monthly membership program and they show up, service my system without a knock on the door, date tag my line and I am good to go. I highly recommend Naiad for your yearly maintenance and winterizing.

I have used Naiad for several years. Initially I used them to do repairs, spring start up and fall blow outs but I was so impressed with their professionalism and response to my requirements (no matter how last minute) that I now use them for monthly yard care during the summer. Their staff are knowledgeable, friendly and always do a great job no matter the task. I highly recommend this company.

NAIAD has implemented an amazing new dispatching APP for customer service and efficiency. It works well. No more wondering if the irrigation company is coming to blow out the irrigation system. Did they get the telephone / email message, are they coming, etc. Do i phone don’t I to check if we are booked. All fixed now. Too easy.

I contracted Naiad Irrigation to replace an outdated irrigation system at my home. I was very pleased with the service and communications while dealing with staff at Naiad. From Tom who did the design and revisions, to Gervacio and his crew who did the actual installation. My lot was an odd shape and is located in Midnapore (tree root Hell!), but workmanship and attention to detail was much appreciated. Also the wifi controller from Hydrawise is a welcome addition. I highly recommend Naiad for your irrigation needs and I will definitely use Naiad for my annual irrigation maintenance and DCVA testing

Naiad installed a system for me as part of a new home landscaping job. They were a subcontractor to my landscaper Twisted Rock who deals with them exclusively based on their past experiences. Install was very smooth and the programmable/smart system is amazing. Once system was up and running Naiad techs responded quickly to come back a few days later to tweak one or two heads that needed a flush from some debris and ensure entire system and zones were functioning properly. Very happy with the system and service.
