Great service fixing other "professional's" mistake.
One of my garage door springs broke and I had it replaced by a local Tillsonburg area garage door business. New spring was installed and I was told garage door was opening slowly because the door was old and the insulation had absorbed moisture making it heavy.
Contacted Charlie's to get a quote on new doors. Surprisingly, he noticed that the spring the other company supplied was the wrong size. He came back the following week as promised and installed the proper spring.....door balanced and works perfect.
He didn't charge for a second service

Had a great experience! Our garage door decided to break on Sunday, I called on the Monday, scheduled an appointment and had it all fixed within 48-hours. If it had been an emergency (trapped car etc.) I'm sure we could have found a time even sooner. Not to mention, while fixing the known problem he offered to look at the other cable and replace it as needed. Great service, price, and professionalism. Would highly recommend!

Doug, the owner installed a garage opener for my garage door.Also bought some parts that I did not buy with the unit. Very professional, courteous,punctual,knowledgeable and clearly know what they are doing. Very reasonable charges(I called around several guys in K-W and London areas- maybe cheapest in the area. I would definitely recommend their services.
