Staff at Front that welcome you and check you into the camp ground have no clue what they are doing. You would think by the end of the season they would of had the training needed to check a person into their spot.
The one older lady that was behind the counter (French) was rude and unfriendly and did not give the girls any help. The washrooms and showers had no hot water on September 18th. Not the fun happy place I remember coming to 6 years ago and the price has doubled in those 6 years. Very expensive for no hot water

Camping was great. A few few bumps but nothing serious. I had booked a campsite and they double booked having to move us to a campsite further back and with little kids it was very inconvenient since we were so… far from the washrooms.
I’m not sure if it’s every campsite but since they had moved us to a seasonal area our camper didn’t have the right set up and required a converter it was no big deal but they made us pay for it when it wasn’t really our fault we got asked to move there.
Tons of stuff to do for kids! I would suggest taking your littles bike or power

The campground is nice, lots of things for the kids to do, some of the facilities could be better, was very busy. I didn't like having the band play until midnight, kept my kids up too late. We chose this campground because of its "No Cannabis" policy but of course people don't follow the rules, spent the whole weekend smelling it everywhere.

This is amazing place to go make memories with family and friends, or even with your neighbors at your campsite.
Good prices, friendly staff, and SOOO much for kids to do, making life easier on us parents!
Loved our stay and we highly recommend it to everyone. We will definitely be back.
Thanks for the memories ♡

Our tent site was on top of a giant ant hill at site E19. There was no place to put up tents. Got swarmed by 200 flying ants. Just covered with ant bites. They say no weed in camp ground which is the main reason we tried it. Nope that’s all you could smell! Some people will think what’s wrong with that. We I am a person who has environmental… problems and I get sick from the smell of it. I will say there was lots of things to do. And is nice that everything is in a central location. Washrooms where ok. I did notice that the pool was deep and really had no shallow end that was

Campground itself is fine but you better hope you don’t have to deal with the lady who runs it, as I guess her favourite hobby is bullying children. Some body builder broke tether ball, and we have video of that but some reason she decided to take it out on my little brother with severe social anxiety in front of the whole campground. We showed her… video of the body builder who broke it, but she continued to take it out on a skinny little child because I guess confronting an adult takes too much maturity and her brain just can’t handle that so she needs to take it all out on

We found it a bit of a far walk to get around when you have little ones! There was also ALOT of people. We were made to leave the pool and race to line back up to get in because they let to many people in. ( obviously not done quickly with small kids so we didn’t make it in time) and had to leave the pool after 20 minutes or so ! We ran out of… propane while cooking supper , ran down to the refill and the young girl working front desk seemed quite over whelmed , not helpful, told us someone would be down there waiting ( no one showed up) kids were kicked off there bikes when it started

This is an amazing place! The staff are super friendly, and kind with the kids. Anything we forgot to bring, they had at the office/canteen. There are so many things to do we didn't even get to do all of them! The facilities are spotless. They have grounds people doing rounds and making sure everything is good. Night time was quite and easy to sleep even in a tent. Lots are a great size! I can not say enough great things about this place!!! We will be going back for sure and you should definitely go!!!!

We just got back from spending 5 days here and we loved it. The staff are very friendly and went above and beyond to help us throughout the trip. We have a two year old and he had an absolute blast, between the animals, playground and wagon rides he was always entertained. We will definitely be back

The overall of the campground were pretty good. Though the grounds are more made for Camper trailers etc. the place in its entirety are extremely tent friendly. Spent 2 fabulous nights in the lower B section tenting. Great seasonal folk all around. Only thing i wish there were more amenities for those who were tenting purely for ease of access even if it was a Porto Pottie. And even to accomodate everyone if they were just out walking or for the smaller children who potentially couldn't make it to bathrooms etc. All in all this is a fabulous place to visit. I'm sure we'll be back many times after
