Our professional and compassionate staff offer a no-pressure approach to provide you with the options and guidance required to create a personal and meaningful tribute for your loved one. Even in a Time of Uncertainty. As a funeral director, I know how important economic considerations weigh on a family in a time of uncertainty.
But I also know that the process of engaging with community to commemorate a loved one is the most effective way to begin moving beyond that uncertainty. With the advent of economical, direct cremation services, some families are now opting for cremation only, with the possibility of a celebration of life at a later time.

Services
At our funeral home, we understand the importance of family. We believe in treating your family as we would our own. To do that, it's best you know a little about us first - please explore this section so that you may learn about our caring staff, our beautiful facilities, and our history of service.
Whether you decide to pre-plan or pre-pay your funeral, I recommend planning with a licensed funeral director. A licensed funeral director has the best knowledge of products and services available to you; and it's the funeral director who is responsible for executing your wishes when the time comes.
Looking for more information? Our funeral home is here to help guide you through this difficult time. This section contains helpful information to provide you with the following resources: Legal Advice, Grief Resources, and our Aftercare Guide. The days following the service will be difficult. There is much to think of in addition to your grief.
These articles are meant to describe different types of grief; their intent is to help you understand your own, or to help you empathize with another person's grief. These articles were written by Dr Bill Webster, our Director of Grief Education, and are part of a comprehensive library available on our Grief Journey web portal.
It is common to have questions about the funeral process. This section answers some commonly asked questions to help make this process easier for you. If additional questions arise, please feel free to contact us directly at the funeral home. What is a funeral? A funeral is a ceremony for a deceased person, prior to burial or cremation.

My mom chose to have her service here. The staff were absolutely amazing during the most difficult time any of us have went thru. And especially loosing a loved one during covid. They turned a heartbreaking experience into a beautiful tribute to my mom. I highly recommend Shawn Jackson funeral home. Thankyou to you all!!!!

When my step father passed away he was taken away out of our building with the respect and dignity that he deserved. It was a direct cremation but shawn greg and Andrew handled everything for my mother. They answered her every question and we're more then accommodating to her wishes. If you want great service and a modern facility look no further .

One phone call was all it took when my Mother passed. She was carefully and respectfully transported to the funeral home before we got there.
Mom's funeral had been per-arranged years ago so there were very few details left to sort out and after a meeting on Sunday morning, Shawn called a local florist who opened up and spent time with us selecting the proper floral arrangements.
Mom's struggle for the last couple of years had taken a toll on her physically so we left the decision of having an open or closed casket until the family viewing.
We were amazed how well Mom looked even without heavy
