A year ish ago I had a very bad experience with another salon. I came to copper lane, very nervous about having another bad experience. I want to thank Kelsey for fixing the mess I had on my head. I put it off so long but decided I couldn’t wait any longer.

Honestly wasn't expecting too much at the start of my hair cut, just a little thinning. But after showing Shania a picture of the haircut I wanted she gave me exactly what I wanted. This girl is a magician with the scissors, she took her time and was very thorough with the hair cut. I walked in looking like lord farquad from Shrek and walked out looking like a model. This is the first time I've actually been happy with a hair cut, definitely a permanent customer from now on.

My whole experience was incredible today, I booked in last minute with a hair emergency and Avery was flawless! I could not thank her enough for the hard work she did. Not only was the color perfect when I left, my hair was smooth and healthy looking which was a surprise considering what it went through the day before (hence the emergency). This salon is beautiful, clean, and professional. I completely recommend. Thank you again Avery, you are fantastic at your job!
