Critical: Professionalism
Didn't disclose that he was representing myself and the seller. He also tried to get us to forget about the survey that was part of our agreed upon offer, telling me to "rent a metal detector and look myself".

Take a look around before deciding. Would have liked to at least felt like an important client. Had to keep contacting and questioning things myself instead of being guided through my process. House ended up closing a day late because of this lack of guidance.
