Though the product they carry is excellent. The customer service is terrible. No greeting when you walk in, they will have irrelevant personal conversations with friends, without even acknowledging that you are waiting to be served. Not even a "I will be with you in x amount of minutes." Not sure about everyone else, but all of our time is valuable and it's appreciated to at least be acknowledged. I can buy paint from somewhere else, thank you.

Love the Benjamin Moore products that this place carries -- especially Natura paints. But the customer service was really horrible. I felt that the woman helping me was trying to mislead me into believing that VOC 'compliance' was the same a VOC-free, when all it means is that they are compliant with the legally allowable levels of VOCs.
