I scheduled an appointment to have a document notarized by Mr. Rauf, arranging my work schedule around the appointment and taking my lunch break to attend the office. When I arrived Mr. Rauf was not there and I was informed by the secretary that he had left and would not be retuning for several hours. I would not recommend this notary as he wasted my time and did not honor the appointment that was made.
