Commissioned as a Notary in 1990, Shahnaz has a depth of knowledge that provides her clients with the foresight to make business and personal decisions with ease. As a trusted professional, she provides the attention to detail and personal attention that clients have looked to when making important life decisions.
1. Appointment requested for all document notarizations. This service includes notarizing out of town documents from other Provinces of Canada and any other documents requiring the services of a Notary Public. It is to be noted that two pieces of Identification is required with photo copy identification such as Driver's License, etc.
A legal document whereby a person appoints one or more persons to look after their financial affairs by allowing the person appointed (the attorney) to sign documents on their behalf. A Power of Attorney is a very powerful document and should only be granted to a trusted individual after due consideration.

We are Shahnaz’s regular client and she’s our go to Notary for our mortgage related needs. Very nice and accommodating and would even answer calls and emails even when she’s out of office due to her surgery. I am amazed how she remembers who you are, what language you speak even after years of not being in contact with her.

Shahnaz made sure that my mortgage paperwork was properly drawn up. She is very attentive to detail and responded to all my questions and requests in a timely manner. You get the sense that being a lawyer is more than a job to her. I walked away impressed by how knowledgeable and experienced Shahnaz is. With her help, I was able to secure a better deal. Shahnaz was very friendly and kind when I arrived, she went over making sure that I had everything filled out correctly so I wouldn't have any troubles going forward when I submit my application to have my significant other come visit me in Canada. If you're looking for a notary to be signed especially for the COVID exemption to be able to have an extended family member visit. It was my first time doing something like this and she didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge and super genuine! Go to her if you need a notary signed, amazing woman.

Shahnaz was kind, professional and quick. Above all, I appreciate that she remained open for clients on New Years' Eve, when several other offices were closed. Her door said that she would be closing at 3 pm for New Years Eve, but she extended her hours to accommodate some clients who were unable to make it in before 3. This was my first time coming to Shahnaz, but I will return the next time I require the services of a notary public.

Shahnaz is a professional and efficient notary. I have used her services twice to prepare the conveyancing documents for the sale of my homes. She is trustworthy and very efficient. She also came into her office on a long weekend statutory holiday to finalize the details of the sale because we were moving out of town the next day.

Bad service. Indifferent receptionist. The Notary just wants your money. I've been here before on a Saturday and paid cash for an affadavit I needed notarized. I paid $75 in cash because she was the only one open and I needed it done THAT day.
I just went back to get something else notarized and they have to buzz you in. I waited about 5 minutes as the receptionist milled around inside and after my fourth ring she finally buzzed me in.
She told me it would be $35 for the notarization (for a simple little thing) CASH. Now when a place like this makes it a practice to ONLY accept
