We work in partnership with the Saltair Childcare Society, Saltair Community Society, the Cowichan Valley Regional District and Nanaimo Ladysmith Public Schools. Our center is dedicated to the provision of safe, well-managed daycare services for children, provided by eight full and part-time, qualified, staff.
Its goal is to stimulate independent growth, emotional growth, social growth, intellectual growth, and physical growth amongst its charges. The Daycare Centre also provides subsidized services for parents in need, based on an assessment made by the Ministry of Children and Families. The center is based on the Early Learning Framework (ELF) using the principles of the inquiry method of education.

Services
As a parent, your role is to be involved in your child's day. Communication is encouraged daily. You are encouraged to speak to our childcare staff on a daily basis. Feel free to call the center or inquire any time through our Facebook page in private messaging about your child. Throughout the year, the center will offer field trips or family events.
