This place is total disaster, all bunch of liars and mechanics that they learning staff on your boat, 0 responsibility, 1000 excuses always, never on time as was promised, This place is totally not recommended by me , I would be scared to give them a plastic toy to repair because they are completely clueless and incompetent. It was a big mistake going to that place, so please do yourself a favour and never leave you boat or seadoo there.

I left my boat for supercharger rebuilt and also my engine had to be taken out for this repair, Job for almost $4000,I was expecting proffesional service there, I was promised it would be completed within 2… weeks. I received boat after almost 8 weeks , with my old burned spark plugs in it they should be replaced for new ones as I was charged for new spark plugs and replacement. , boat was super dirty inside when I received it , looks like they walk around the garage and clean they shoes dirty with grease inside my boat on the carpet, there was no water test done at all as I was promised

Horrible service - dropped my boat off June 8th for some minor repairs, was told approximately 2-3 weeks - it’s been 3 weeks today and have not heard a word from them, I called today and they said maybe next week- so 4 weeks?! Maybe!? And no apology, they honestly do not care one bit - and we are now going into the long weekend without our boat. Feels like they lied just to get the business - I will never bring my boat here again. Ever.

Went to see them March 9th for a quote, still waiting ...... today is April 26th..... Not what I consider good customer service. Called elsewhere a few days ago & got a quote the same day

Just wanted to put a shout out to the parts and service staff at Leatherdales. I have 2 seadoos and a fishing boat that they have worked on over the past 3 years. I could not ask for better service from either department. They are very friendly and have always repaired my stuff when I needed it,, Like everyone else,, Yesterday! LOL Good service is… Not cheap, And cheap service is not good. When I take my stuff in for repair, I need it fixed properly. So far I have been able to drop my stuff off at the beginning of a week and pick it up when I return up north Fridays ready to play again.

Took my sea-doo in on july 29th got it back on the Friday August 9th not working, Sold it to a friend who had to take it back cuz it still didn't work. She brought it back Monday the 12th when she spoke to Shawn was informed she would have to pay 161.00 for a diagnostic test for him to even look at it. They had it twice and never fixed it and charged close to $800.00 .
Save yourself time and money go somewhere else.
