Ed was able to install new JBL speakers in my doors. Reasonable price for speakers (on sale), with mounts and installation. JBL is a better quality speaker than my base model speakers, for what I wanted to listen to, audiobooks, radio and podcasts, this was suitable. Having paid for speakers before I was charged a reasonable cost.

Got some JBL tweeters installed at Tom'sCarAudio. They were great with scheduling, clean with the install and value-for money-product. Although I had an issue with one side of the tweeters, ( high frequency disturbance through engine sounds) they scheduled me within a week to rectify the same, at zero cost. Tore open the dash and fixed the issue within 20 minutes. Clean finish yet again. I highly recommend Tom and his team

Been there twice for advice and help for a install in my car. Told both times Ed would call me back and yet never received a call even after leaving a message. Actually even stood and waited for 30mins while some guy in a jeep talked about installing his sub box and then was told they would look into the best set up for my car and yet nothing! No hard feelings just terrible customer service and like anyone else just take my cash somewhere else!! Never would I recommend this place to my friends!

Great customer service. I called in looking for a Harness to my car stereo for my Chrysler. Not only did they have the part and at a great price of i was looking for but they gave me great knowledge on the one i was looking for and took the time to explain in great detail how it works. I was only calling to get a price and see if in stock and got some of the best customer service out there. If i decide to grab this harness this place will get my business. 5 Stars all around.
