Over the last 3 years I have had the pleasure of dealing with this company for both work and tires for my personal vehicle. Well I have to say that my experience with CP Tire was amazing! The lovely lady in the front office helped me to pick some great tires for my specific needs, they fit me in as soon possible( which is very hard to do at this time of year as it's a busy time). They were very professional and pleasant, and I am loving my new tires. Thank you CP Tire for a great experience

These people should be ashamed of the work they do and refuse to fix the work they don't do properly.
I as given a quote for four new tires and told that if I dropped the wheels off on Friday morning, they would be done before closing that same day. I dropped the wheels off before 9AM and heard nothing until almost 4PM. I was told over the phone that the tiers should have been at the shop by noon but unfortunately the order was placed incorrectly and the tires would not arrive that day. so my truck sat on blocks all weekend. I call Monday to confirm that work would be done hoping they would be

Well today I gave this disrespectful company one last chance. Yesterday I delivered the receipt from a reputable company (TRAIL TIRE in MORINVILLE) who I was forced to use due to CP Tire refusing to fix the work that was not done properly in the first place. Keep in mind the only reason I had to stop in again was because after I had called to ask if they would refund me for the work done to complete what they would not. Linda told me she would talk to the owner and have him get back to me……. He did not!
I tried to call back a few days later to check back, and my number had been blocked!
