I have had to change my opinion on this company (See below). think they have changed ownership. Brought them in for some additional work. Work itself was okay but the technician just left without letting me know he was done, they forgot to charge me for some of the materials. It took two attempts to inform them of this and when

We contracted Comox Valley Irrigation and Pools (MRM Irrigation) to design and build our 36’ x 18’ inground pool. After a lot of hard work, John an his team delivered an end product that we are very proud of. The entire process from our initial consultation right down to filling it with water was positive. John’s professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional. He responded promptly to all correspondence. This project was a large investment but worth every penny as our family will enjoy it for many years to come.

These folks are amazing...! On 3 separate occasions they went above and beyond. They initially squeezed us in to resolve a problem with sprinkler heads not working properly despite their being extremely busy. When I called them back a few days later with concerns about the program not cycling properly they squeezed us in once again. It became evident that the controller was bad. They recommended a "smart" wifi based unit with a substantial rebate and had it installed that day. A couple of months later we had water pooling in the front yard.
