Services
We offer residential and commercial Mid-Season Checkups. Perhaps you are an absentee owner, or have a larger or commercial property. We can provide a monthly or mid-season visit for system monitoring. We will ensure your irrigation system is well-maintained and operating efficiently. As well, changes can be made to your watering schedule based on seasonal changes in the weather.
Although we are located in a temperate, coastal rainforest, we still live in Canada, and at times, this means temperatures drop below freezing, causing the soil and ground to freeze. This freezing puts irrigation systems at higher risk of malfunctioning, or inciting damage to the pipes, sprinklers lines and other vital system hardware.
Parts and supplies, as durable as our suppliers engineer them and despite us choosing the most long-lasting parts for your system, still breakdown over time. Our team can repair and perform routine maintenance checks on any section of your system, from cracked pipes or worn or clogged sprinkler heads.
If you find you're more of a DIY (do-it-yourself) type of person, our experienced team of consultants are here to help! We have the capabilities to come to your work site, assess the landscape and its irrigation needs. From there, we can engineer the best system for you and provide a detailed architectural model for you to follow to ensure the best success and ease of carrying out your irrigation project.

I love this service and the business model is perfect. I got a picture of Matthew before he came to the house, along with an estimate and a time he would arrive and he arrived when he said he would! I got a text when he was on his way. Automatically set me up for my end of year service. I LOVE THIS COMPANY - didn't have to think about it, it just happened seamlessly.

Excellent service. Mathew answered the phone on a holiday weekend, came out and diagnosed the issue the same day, and returned the next day when the part was available and replaced the leaking filter. Great price, too.

Matt is amazing! He comes to fix things promptly and does a very thorough job! He was able to find and fix, on the spot, leaks that were happening down in the underground pipes that really helped with the pressure of the sprinklers. He was also able to adjust the zones to have a more balanced and even distribution of water. Thanks for the great job! Highly recommend Matt's work.
