In order to be eligible for the discount of 3.00% on the posted loan rate, the following conditions must be met: a. one or more of the borrowers must purchase creditor insurance both Life and Disability coverage. If applicable, one or more of the co-borrowers must purchase CUMIS coverage (Life and/or Disability) in order to qualify for the discounted rate.
