To be a member, you need to be a resident of Ontario and put a $5.00 deposit in your Membership Shares account. The $5.00 is to purchase and hold the required 5 shares ($1.00 each) to be a member in good standing. Membership entitles you to voting rights, review audited financial statements, profit-sharing dividends, and access to YNCU products and services.
At YNCU we don't just talk about being a good neighbour, we live it every day. As a co-operative financial institution we share the wealth in many ways, including making investments in our communities through grants, donations and volunteering. As a community-based organization, we can see the difference our partnerships and investments make, because we live here too.
We are dedicated to the highest levels of member service and satisfaction. If you have a concern with our service, it should first be addressed at your Branch or through the Service Excellence Centre. If your concern is not settled to your satisfaction you can contact the Complaint Resolution Officer using the Complaint Resolution Form.
