When your bike is in need of repair and/or a little love, there's no better place to bring it than Outbound Cycle. Whether a simple cable adjustment or a complex suspension repair, we have the expertise and experience to diagnose the problem, make the repair and stand behind our work. Simple repairs like replacing a punctured tube or installing an accessory can generally be done while you wait.
This last year has seen a tremendous growth in cycling and the industry has definately had challenges with stock. Unfortunately we have not been able to keep an inventory of rental bikes for this year. 2022 will be a new year and we are looking forward to getting some inventory of great pedal and E Bikes to have as rentals.

I have know Glen for years and years. Always a cheerful smile and a joke. great guy to deal with. Bought all of my bikes from him, and has alway sold me the best stuff at reasonable price. Just had him upgrade my mountain bike to Electric. What an absolute riot! Thanks Glen it is truly awesome. Great price too! Love it!

I sincerely couldn't be happier. I had a bike in the shed for 15yrs collecting dust. Called another cycle shop first and was told it was sitting long enough the maintenance might cost about the same as a just getting a new entry level bike, and furthermore, stock is depleted so good luck.
I wanted a second opinion and called Outbound. SUPER nice guy on the phone, said simply "just bring it in so we can have a look. who knows, might be easy, give us two weeks"
I brought it in, he said wouldn't be a big deal, asked for a couple weeks, called me in just one week and the tune up would only coast

Outbound Cycle has been my go to shop for over 15 years. Nothing but positive things to say about Glen and the shop he runs. It doesn't matter if you show up to get a 2 dollar part or are looking for a new high end bike, you will be happy with the way you are treated.
They have great selection and stock and will do whatever possible to get you rolling again ASAP. Not a lot of shops like this one around anymore!

Very impressed with the service at Outbound Cycle! I took my +10 year old Specialized Stump Jumper Expert in to them this week because it wouldn't select more than 3 of the 7 cogs on the rear cassette. I had tried several times to adjust the derailleur over the last couple of seasons without success and assumed the derailleur was worn-out. The guys at Outbound returned the bike within a couple of days in perfect working order. They removed and serviced the rear changer before reinstalling and resetting it plus the straightened the front chain wheel changer and serviced the handlebar gear selector

My daughter's chain kept skipping so I brought her bike to different place and they estimated it would be under a hundred dollars, but when I brought it in the next season, a different guy said it would be over $200. I told him I wanted the minimum work done to solve the problem, and he said it would be the same, so I brought my bike over to Outbound and they estimated under a hundred (to replace a cassette and chain), so I left the bike there. When I got home and read a couple of reviews, I got a bit concerned, but but when I picked up the bike it worked even better than when it was still working

Glenn has been selling bikes in the Westside forever. He knows his stuff and has provided solid service whenever I've taken any of our bikes to him. I find it refreshing to be a patron at a bike shop where the focus is on providing quality bikes, quality parts and quality accessories in the lost art of customer service he provides, not the up-sell culture of so many of the boutique bicycle shops. Just bought my new 2017 Rocky Mountain Growler bike-packing bike from him and true to form he built it quickly and researched all the packs and accessories I requested.
