I recently had a well installed, I took my water sample in for a free test to see what water treatment equipment I would need. Matt was excellent, completed the tests and determined my water was good and I didn't need any treatment, very honest. In the end, I bought a UV treatment system because the "banks" want it if you are selling your property and again, I found the price competitive and the equipment was good quality with a rack system that comes complete. I am a do-it-myself guy so Matt explained how to install and what fittings I would need for the install. Overall I was very pleased with

Still Water installed a water softener for my family in our brand new house in Port Perry. When I called Matt had the same recommendation as everyone else but some how the quote was way less then everyone else. Half the price of some. Installation was so quick, no mess was left and the final product looks professional installed as it should. I am glade I chose Still Water and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They are always very very helpful and friendly. They have a fill station outside for after-hours where you can fill up. If you are not sure how to use it, they are more than happy to help you do a run-through. I am always very satisfied going in to rinse, fill, and cap. Thank you.

If you're looking for anything related to water systems for your home, these guys are where it's at. Hands down best customer service and price around! I can't say enough about Matt and Doug at Still Water. They went above and beyond what I have ever experienced from a company. Brought my water sample in and Matt was able to tell me exactly what I needed without selling me something that wasn't necessary. I decided to install the system myself and if I had any questions during install or operation, they had no issues answering my calls, even after hours. Can't beat these guys!

You don't realize how much you love soft water until you don't have it.
I have pretty hard water and within a couple of weeks of not having a water softener I could feel the difference in my hair, my skin, the amount of soap I need to clean.

If you're looking for water treatment equipment and service, don't waste your time looking anywhere else!!! We had a total of 5 well known companies attend our house for assessment and quotation for our well water treatment problems and it is UNBELIEVABLE how fear mongering and dishonest they all were, trying to convince us we needed to spend tens of thousands to fix our issue. We were at our wit's end, when, in came Matt from Still Water, who took the time to explain how everything in our treatment system operated, performed thorough testing of our water, pressure and flow, all on site.....he
