We had a Kinetico a200 filter installed by Nimbus a while back. They didn't have filters or wouldn't call back at all.
Aquareal were very prompt and professional. In 2 days after a call, a technician came in to change the filters. He did the water tests and recommended to change the whole system; it was quite old (8-9 years). The next day, we had K5 ready and installed.

They had the Kinetico filters I needed in stock and when one of the brand new filters leaked on me they replaced it for me with no problems. They also answer their phone promptly which was a problem I had with their competition Kinetico dealers. I will use them for my water softener/filtration service from now on.

Very poor after sale customer service.. they won’t come to install the filters on my K5 as they don’t have any technicians. I asked them how are they doing new installations if they don’t have technicians to which they came up with silly excuses like the technician does not want to come to any areas other than Toronto.

I came to know Raymond of Aquareal Water systems during the Home show in 2018 and was originally not sure if he can serve my home in Cambridge area. I had couple of quotes for the Kinetico water filtration system I was interested from suppliers and finally agreed to work with Aquareal for same. Please read my review of Nimbus Water Systems Inc and as to why we chose Aquareal Water Systems.
We had done our research and had chosen to install the Kinetico water softner system. Initially we had purchased our system from Nimbus Water Systems and cancelled the order with them once we realized that the installation was faulty and that the contract installers who were assigned to us were unqualified. We then chose Aquareal Water Systems and had we done our homework properly, they would have been our preferred supplier and installer.
