Great experience Alan Hamblin is a great no pressure sales associate. However the older gentleman who delivered my DR650 wasn't afraid to read me the riot act over the "Dangers" of covaids and all the people he was sure of that died because one of his friends refused the vaccine 😂. I can't imagine living my life in a constant state of fear, he wore a mask outside the truck to unload the bike. I hope he doesn't have any pals in the trucking industry...

I called in to order some parts for my motorcycle. They had the parts but they were back ordered, which was fine. I paid in advance by credit card, also fine. I ended up selling my motorcycle a short time later so I didn't need the parts. I called in to cancel the order and get my money back and was told that it may not be possible, they would have to check the order. I said fine and they said they would call back later with an answer. They called back and told me they could refund the parts because they hadn't been ordered yet (backordered) but since I paid by credit card I would have to pay that

I can't recommend Al and the team enough! Answered my thousands of emails super fast, were totally fair and honest! Super glad I decided to get my new bike from them, opposed to the competitors elsewhere on the island. Spunkys won't even let you test ride the bikes, you just gotta trust them that you will like it. No thanks.
