We placed order for 3 Christmas bouquets and only 2 were delivered. The closest we got to an apology was her statement that we were not charged for it. Now we are left with realizing a week after it should have been delivered that it never was. We did call some time ago but were told that they were closed. My husband reminded her that he left a message and had no response to that. No offer to send something to recipient so that our elderly friend does not think we forgot her for the first time in decades. This shows a shameful neglect to customer service. We will never again deal with this company

Due to a death in the family I have needed to order three seperate bouquet's of flowers over the last couple of weeks. I explained to the staff the reason for the arrangement and then left the creative decision's to them. All three were absolutely beautiful and have lasted well. Staff were very helpful and considerate.

Cheryl and the team were incredibly friendly and helpful. The bouquets for our wedding turned out absolutely stunning. Cheryl was just so pleasant to work with and it was obvious she really cares about her customers and wanting to provide high quality services at a price that people can afford. We ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to my step mother for Monther's day. It was beautiful, reasonably priced and everything we expected. Our step mom loved it as well as the mug in place of a vase that can be used regularly and kept as a keepsake. We will absolutely be using Adrienne's flowers for any future occasions.

This is the second bouquet of flowers I have received from Adrienne's Flowers. I can honestly say that the flowers and arrangements are absolutely stunning. I ordered my bridal and reception bouquet here, as well as bouquets for my flower girls for my wedding in November and loved the service I received from Adrienne. She was very helpful and had a lot of ideas for my bouquets using flowers that were in season. I loved what she put together and her pricing was very reasonable.

TERRIBLE SERVICE - I Don't recommend them.
I placed an order for flower delivery and it was not delivered till the following day. Their shop was closed but the system or the website did not notify me of that and accepted my order. I even have a receipt stating that it would be delivered on the same day. I will definitely not buy from them. They expect people living abroad to know when their shop is open and closed for the day!!!!! VERY disappointed.

When I walked in she was talking to her friend and, after waiting for several minutes without any acknowledgment that I was there, she asked me what I wanted. I got some flowers along with a single flower. That single flower had a small water tube attached to it but was improperly fastened to the flower so it did not get enough water and had started wilting very quickly.
