Used their services back in early November for a birthday arrangement and set up a certain time to be there as it's a place of business, the delivery driver was late by 3 1/2 hrs and the recipient had already left work 3 hours prior to go away for the week as I discussed with them to make sure it arrives between 0800 1300hrs so in short the arrangement was never received until she got back and by then it was dead and finding out later also was incorrect. Flowers were not as ordered no balloons and no stuffed animal or chocolates.
Very disappointed as they never returned my emails or the one call
