Since 1995, Armada Mortgage Corporation has provided investors with a means to diversify their investment portfolios with Canadian real estate. Armada Mortgage Corporation is registered as a Mortgage Investment Corporation ("MIC") in British Columbia and is extra-provincially registered in Alberta and Ontario.
Mortgage Investment Corporations ("MICs") are diversified pools of predominantly residential mortgages secured by real estate. Investors purchase shares in a MIC and receive a proportional interest in the fund's portfolio and the income it generates. MICs are focused on providing a steady and consistent stream of income in order to offer the investor with a greater portfolio diversification.
A MIC is a professionally managed pool of mortgages secured by local real estate. Mortgage Interest is paid out as dividends to the shareholders. The portfolio is managed by a professional mortgage administrator. They follow the Board of Directors approved mortgage underwriting guidelines to determine loan eligibility.
Armada Wealth Management (AWM) is registered in British Columbia as an exempt market dealer. The purpose of the relationship is to trade in exempt market securities, specifically investments in mortgage securities offered by Armada Mortgage Corporation.

I am mortgage broker since 2003 and Armada Mortgage Corporation is my lender since last several years. There lowest private mortgage interest rate, nominal fees and common sense lending exclusive from competitors. And Yvonne underwriter of the Armada will go one step forward to help clients demand. I will definitely contact first Armada before go to other private lender.

With a good credit rating and down payment for 1st time homebuyers still have not received a response from Yvonne the witch I mean the account manager. They prey for you to get into a desperate situation during Covid-19 so they can give you a bad deal with higher rates and charge hidden costs. This place is an absolute joke, don't recommend going there period dot.
