We have a strong commitment to empowering and teaching life long safe drivers. We have formulated a comprehensive process that is followed by each of our instructors, taught in a way that is easy to grasp and understand. This process is what has lead the Art of Driving School to be one of the highest referred driving schools in the Fraser Valley with one of the highest pass rates.
We have developed a process of teaching that takes instruction back to the very core of the skill of driving. On a technical level we can see exactly where the error is taking place and then provide the skills needed to make the correction. With all things practice makes perfect and with our instructors part of that process we can ensure our students master the skills needed to become a more confident and skilled driver.

Services
All packages include pickup at any convenient location, pre trip inspections, explaining concepts in the car, and 5 minute de-brief. A lesson is generally 1-1.5hrs long, although it may be changed to 2hrs in length based on the students' level of mastery. We offer the option of the parent to sit in on the first couple of lessons so they can re-enforce the very important basics of the first lessons with their children during practice time.
Since opening our doors in 2012 supporting our community has always been a focal point of our direction. Fostering community support and volunteerism is one of the pillars we have built or business on, and that is very important to our local ownership and employee base. The Art of Driving along side with Murray Honda and Canadian Tire has been a proud supporter of Project Warmth since 2012.

Karen and Lori are both amazing instructors that really helped keep me calm while learning how to drive. I could not have passed my test first try if it had not been for them, they make sure you are ready and capable before you go for your test! 10/10 recommend for new drivers

I can’t say enough about Art of Driving School or my daughter’s instructor Karen. From start to finish, Karen was patient, kind and calm and found the best ways to teach my daughter to drive safely, cautiously and smart. I’m truly grateful for her to have had a driving school that truly cares about their students!!! Highly recommend!!

My son was not successful on his first attempt at graduating to a “new driver”, when I called and spoke with Lori, and explained the experience that he had, as well as what errors were made, she reassured me… that she felt confident spending a couple of hours with my son would be sufficient.
2 weeks later, and 2 hours with Lori, my son was successful on his road test and is officially on the road as a new driver.
Very happy, and wished we invested in some time with a professional from the start.

Art of Driving School were amazing!!! From the first phone call I made to talk about their services to the lessons. Lori was super helpful, she spent a great deal of time on the phone with me answering all the questions I had. The communication and conversation was why I picked them; you could tell they care about the success of our young drivers… and not just about taking our money for a service. I booked lessons with Art of Driving School for help to pass my class 5 test, because I had done so originally to pass my N test. Both times I had Lori as my instructor. Lori is an excellent educator and extremely knowledgeable. I passed my class 5 with flying colours the first time and I am so glad to finally be done the graduated licensing program. I highly recommend Lori and her team.

Lori and karen are wonderful! Their attention to detail and determination to teach helped me pass my road test second time around! My parents now are both relived and feel safe to let me drive alone as I know all the basics and precautions of driving! Would highly recommend them to anyone as they are so accommodating and treat you like family.

I had decided that I would never drive because I couldn’t handle the anxiety and I felt as if I’d never be able to do it. After just the second lesson with Lori, I felt more confident about driving I had ever felt in years. I had lessons with Lori, Nancy, and Karen, and I’m grateful to all of them for helping me pass my road test on the first try. They let me know exactly what I could expect on the road test and helped me become a better driver.

I originally started taking lessons with Lori when I failed my Class 7 road test. She worked incredibly hard to help me overcome my issues by actually taking the time to explain what I was doing (which I was unaware of) and how I could correct them. When it came time to take my Class 5 road test I knew that I wanted to get her help again. She has helped me not only pass both tests, but become a much safer, and more vigilant driver in the process!
