Thank you to Samara, Sandra & Michelle for guiding me through the process of purchasing a condo as a first time homebuyer. Samara & her team provided excellent support even though I was an out of province buyer. They took virtual tours of all the properties I wanted to look at, and provided all supporting contacts from the mortgage broker to the notary. It was just a shame I didn't get to meet them in person, but I have nothing but high marks to give to Samara, Sandra & Michelle for helping me buy my condo in Montreal!

We met Samara after she sold the home of a friend. Several years ago we were getting transferred to Toronto and needed to sell our home as fast as possible. Samara took the time to listen to us and to inform us about recent sales in our area. Once we went on market, she worked very hard to market our home and get us a great price. Our house sold in 3 weeks. Samara took care of our sale until the very end at the notary. We were so thrilled with her services and we have since referred her several times.

Samara came very highly recommended to me by a friend. I was very uneasy about this big move as I had been living in my home in Hampstead for many years and was downsizing to a smaller condo.
