Was not impressed we went to get a quote on getting a new SUV and one we had the quote we were pressured and almost trapped to signing a contract that we found out was only under one of our names when were told it would be under both of us. All we had wanted was a quote and some time a few days to make a decision and when we told the sales rep we wanted time to decide he brought his manager to put us on the spot and pressure us. The rates and deals were good but I do not appreciate the do or die one day only deals that is not the way to keep customers coming back. When we do get our new car we

I recently inquired about a refinancing of my current auto loan. When one of the associates couldn't do what I needed. I politely told him I wasn't interested. He proceeded to harass me and try to convince me to go into a new car. I said no again and asked for no further communication... He laughed at me in the text.... Professional service is not found with this young man who keeps referring to customers as 'bud' or 'man and laughs at you when you refuse his deal!
